Creative Brief Theme Energy

For my final piece, it is a video demonstrating the 5 main rules of badminton. It contains typography, videography, images, illustrations, and motion graphics. My main theme for my project is energy and how I represented that in the video was using powerful music, fast-paced text pop animations and dynamic motion graphics, like the scribble animation I did for my rally rule. The overall concept revolves around the sport of badminton, and my goal for the video was to visually communicate the structure of a standard badminton game by using eye-catching imagery and experimental motion techniques, I developed over the 12 weeks.

Studying Art & Design at NCC has helped me to develop my creative thinking and technical skills. The course has offered me a lot freedom to be experimental, allowing me to develop my own personal style. I have experimented with a range of different materials and processes, such as motion graphics, Printing, 3D design. NCC has built my confidence and equipped me with valuable skills to build a strong portfolio that showcases my growth and prepares me to apply for university degree in graphic design.
